*11 *Four (4) gallon containers of milk were found offered for sale beyond the 'sell by' date of 4/24/23 and 4/25/23 indicated on the containers.
Affected products were removed from the sales area during inspection.

*14 *A black and grey mold-like accumulation is present in the ice chute of the beverage dispenser.
Ice dispenser must be placed out-of-use and detail cleaned and sanitized prior to next use.
 New Violation. To be Corrected By: 05/03/2023
*19 *Pizza (123°F) and chicken wings (108°F) in the hot holding cabinet were measured below range for hot-holding temperature.
Unit was adjusted and pizza was subsequently measured at 135°F.
Quarter pound hot dog (124°F) and cheeseburger big bite (118°F) on the left-side hot-holding rollers were measured below range for hot holding.
Buffalo chicken roller (125°F) and Steak & Cheese taquito (124°F) on the right-side hot-holding roller were measured below range for hot-holding.
Hot-held foods must be maintained at 135°F and above.
Settings of units were adjusted and affected foods were measured within range (pizza 135°F, quarter pound big bite 176°F, cheeseburger big bite 181°F, buffalo chicken roller 150°F, steak & cheese taquito 150°F) shortly thereafter.
Chicken wings were discarded during inspection.
 New Violation.
*20 *Hot dogs and ambient air temperature in the TurboAir lowboy refrigerator were meausured at 48°F.
All time/temperature control for safety (TCS) foods within this unit must be relocated to alternate refrigeration until unit is maintaining food held within at 41°F and below.

36 *Rodent droppings were observed in the cabinetry below the self-service beverage (soda) dispenser.
Remove and discard droppings. Clean affected area.
Contact facility's exterminator with findings and for additional monitoring and/or treatment.

53 1. Floors in corners and below equipment are unclean with trash, food debris, residue, etc.
Thoroughly clean and maintain.
Various shelving and other unused items are present in the back room.
The premises of a food facility must be free of items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the facility, such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used, and litter.
